  • Served as a lead technical resource during the Block 3 phase of TADLP, focused on providing the Army an automated enterprise Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Lead a team for designing and developing interfaces required between Army Training Information Architecture - Migrated” (ATIA-M) and “Army Training Resource and Requirements System” (ATTRS) and the SABA driven LMS.
  • Assisted in delivering a detailed design document including data mapping and specifications for stored procedures in the SABA driven Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Developed technical specifications for SABA stored procedures and APIs (Application Program Interface)
  • Maintained and enhanced several portal functionalities for eArmyU, Army’s Online Education project. The key enhancements include course catalog search and enrollment via the web.
  • Developed new web technologies for collection of grade data from partner schools and user agreements from students.
  • In addition, created a new interface program to convert course catalog and grade data provided in flat files to PeopleSoft database.
  • Created a batch process (sqr program) to create userIDs and passwords for eArmyU users.
  • Migrated system from PeopleTools 7.5 to 8.1 and PeopleSoft Student Administration application from 7.6 to 8.0. Ran comparison reports highlighting the differences between eArmyU’s current production and PS Vanilla 7.6. Ran Audit reports and cleaned up the discrepancies in the database. Created Unix shell scripts to run nightly batch jobs. Applied several other patches and upgrades for Student Administration. Identified and resolved other potential areas of operational improvement, which helped eArmyU save time and resources.
  • Provided support to the existing PeopleSoft and custom Student Administration processes. Used AppDesigner, PeopleCode, Query, Application Engine, Mass Change, PeopleCode, Configuration Manager, Import Manager and PeopleSoft peoplecode debugging tools in development and troubleshooting extensively.
  • Designed and developed procedures to enhance the functionality of the employee’s 401K contributions for PwC. This involved maintaining a separate date for 401K calculations, and using the service date for all other benefit calculations.
  • Enhanced the Leave Accrual process to maintain Earned hours and Accrued hours separately to support PwC’s policy and to allow users to enter a Payout Method and Payout Rate that would give the user flexibility of choosing a different rate than their hourly rate, for the leave accrual calculations.
  • Played a technical lead role in developing a proposal for implementing solutions to provide higher education to navy sailors. The solution was to derive a sophisticated distance-learning program where sailor students received education from the various partner schools of PwC.
