Responsibilities:
- Customized PS VOUCHER (AP Voucher Header Table) by changing one of the existing non-required fields INVOICE ID as required as per GRD requirement.
- Customized Check1.rpt in AP to generate Checks with stubs (for Customers/ Sales Agents /Miscellaneous payments) as per Guardian requirement at GIAVA business unit.
- Customized Crystal rpt APY2001 i.e., Summary Check Register, in AP, and modified the corresponding QUERY.APY2001 Payment Register to reflect the changes.
- Developed a new SQR - First Union Sure Pay to handle the extraction from AP in the format specified by First Union. The First Union Sure Pay extracts will be created automatically on daily basis and reflect checks generated on legacy system TriMark-Transcend.
- Customized BIIVCPN.SQR i.e. Invoice generating report in PeopleSoft Billing. Added logic to generate empty lines dynamically, based on the customer base of the Agent, to enter newly added customer remit amount details, along with the original Invoice amount.
- Created new Outbound Map definitions, using EDI Manager Integration Technology to send the details of the extract files created by SQR for the checks generated on the respective banks, in the specified format of the banks.
- Created a new Crystal report G ARGL02.rpt definition i.e. ACH Direct Debits, in PeopleSoft A/R as per the needs of client.
- Created a new Crystal report G BIGL01.rpt definition i.e. Invoice Register by Bill Type/Contract #, in PeopleSoft Billing as per the specific needs of the client.
- Involved in PeopleSoft Application Upgrade for IA module from version 7.5 to 7.6
