- Created a process to generate Word RTF documents for communication to teh applicants. dis module was created using PeopleCode to create MS Word documents for user-friendly color RTF output. These reports were created using word templates and rtf programming.. These documents, e.g. Offer letters, Rejection letters, Interview letters, etc. were created and displayed online to teh user.
- Created a module to mass update teh status of teh applicants for any Job requisition.
- Designed and created a completely new Verity Index for teh applcants to search through teh Job requisitions. dis was not available via delivered PeopleSoft. dis allowed for a quick keyword search on job descriptions. dis was programmed using SQR and UNIX Shell scripts.
- Singlehandedly redesigned, and developed a process to build teh Verity Index on Applicant Profiles for weekly complete refreshes and hourly incremental refreshes. Teh PeopleSoft delivered verity Index build program only ran efficiently for 80,000 profiles which did not meet teh business requirement. Teh redesigned program efficiently processes and indexes 1,200,000 applicant profiles.
- Configured Business Interlinks to integrate with HireRight to provide Backround check report. Teh messages, report, from HireRight are routed to teh PeopleSoft eRecruitment using Application messaging. Tested teh sync and async messages generated via transactions with HireRight.
- dis is a vendor for teh all teh Job Posting Boards like Monster, Dice, etc. eRecruitment posting can be published to Arbita and from Arbita to all teh Job Posting sites. Arbita manages teh posts on all teh Job Posting boards on behalf of PeopleSoft eRecruit. Teh information from eRecruitment to Arbita is managed by Business Interlinks and Application Messaging. Teh asynch Messages from Arbita to PeopleSoft eRecruit were customized to provide additional information relating to teh Job Posting board.
- Created a module to track applicant activity. dis is a Bar Chart on a page to display statistics for teh applicants and Job Requisitions.
- Created interface to teh American Job Bank using SQR. dis included information about teh about all teh open Jobs posted in teh eRecruit system. dis is a nightly batch process scheduled via Maestro Scheduler and teh output was sent via ftp.
- Created an SQR program to create Benefits Enrollment forms for Open Enrollments. These forms listed all teh options and teh costs of all these options available to teh colleagues depending upon their locations of work and status orf employment. dis could be run for an individual or in batch mode through nightly processing for teh entire population. Teh data was sourced from Benefits Administration tables. Teh SQR program was customized from teh delivered application.
- Created a program to issue refunds to teh employees for teh partial deductions in case of a mid month terminations. Teh premium paid for benefits was prorated for teh number of days in a month teh employee was employed and teh refund amount was uploaded to teh paysheets as a Pay One Time refund. A panel was created for teh user to see such refunds and approve them before they were paid out.
- Created a report in SQR to generate a Total Compesation report. dis included all teh forms of compensation that was made to teh employee and included teh base pay, teh bonus, teh employer contributions to teh 401K, teh pension payments on behalf of teh employee, teh cost of benefits given for free to teh employee, etc. dis report was created and used during teh annual talent review.

Teh Benefit enrollment information was used to create enrollment records in intefrface files to be sent to teh vendors for each Benefit. Teh interface programs were written for each vendor. These interfaces ran each month and teh output files were sent via ftp. SQR was used to create teh interface programs. Created Pages to set up data for teh vendors.
