Was originally responsible for data migration of contract billing data from the Legacy system to the Peoplesoft Oracle database utilizing INFORMATICA and PowerExchange. Project manager of large re-engineering effort to replace a legacy billing system with state-of-the art product developed with the latest technologies. The in-house contracts billing system was written in COBOL on a VAX/ALPHA system with screen applications written using DECFORMS and COBOL. New designed system would have consisted of Visual Basic, .NET framework, Oracle and Crystal Reports. The Application was to be Web-based. Worked on an in-house contracts billing system written in COBOL on a VAX/ALPHA system. Primarily wrote screen applications in DECFORMS and COBOL. Converted a few FMS screens to DECFORMS.
