Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handled bundles to resolve issues & upgrade the application.
Triaged various testing, production and performance issues. - Created data mover scripts for exporting and importing important tables, like the security tables and the configuration tables. Did manual configurations after the bundle application.

TRPM project was aimed at guiding the client team to streamline the process of resolving tickets by providing the root cause analysis of the defects and to supplement the client team in clearing the backlog of defects which missed SLA.

Client has integrated HR department that features two main information systems. The former Confidential First Boston (CSFB) mainly worked with HRMS. The former Confidential Switzerland used HR4U. Both systems were based on PeopleSoft technology but were implemented very differently.
HRMS was on PeopleSoft v 7.01 and was upgraded in phase1 while HR4U was on version 8.3 SP1 and was handled in phase2. The project was aimed at integrating and streamlining the HR operations of the whole group into one. The project was an implementation of the legacy peoplesoft systems to newer PS HCM v9.0 consisting of interfaces, data conversion, reports and enhancements. Basic modules to be handled were recruiting, workforce administration, Compensation and manager self service.
