Livelink is a global, enterprise-wide knowledge management system. The current usage of Livelink is concentrated on document management, but it also provides process automation and collaborative tools. The Knowledgelink system maintains general document assets, as well business-critical documents.

2. ECMP System Upgrade -Senior OpenText Livelink ECM Consultant, SCE -USA, Southern California Edison, From Dec 2010 - May 2011; Purpose of this project is to upgrade existing OpenText Livelink System version 971 DM/RM to Content Server 10 using Parallel Upgrade methodology. The system upgrade was required to support SCE Infrastructure Delivery Standard (Windows Server 2008 64 bit, SQL Server 2008 64 bit, IE 8.0 etc) and to increase Livelink system performance

3 SCE-LAW WORKERS COMP FILERROM MIGRATION - Senior OpenText Livelink ECM Consultant, SCE - USA, Southern California Edison, From July 2010 - Nov 2010 This project is to migrate all the SCE -LAW Workers Comp Claims related paper documents from Workers Comp File room into Livelink based Enterprise Content Management Platform system to support DM/RM (Document Management/ Records Management) Workflow capabilities for SCE WORKERS COMP Group.

4 Migrating e-DOCS Hummingbird DM/RM to ECMP System - Senior OpenText Livelink ECM Consultant,SCE - USA, Southern California Edison, From March 2010 - June 2010; SCE was in the process of migrating existing Hummingbird DM/RM systems to OpenText Livelink Enterprise Content Management Platform system to provide centralized and secured DM/RM capabilities for their business clients. UTL DWDM EMS Gateway - Research and Development Lead, VAFCORP- IRAN, BSNL, United Telecoms Limited, from March 2007 - Nov 2007 UTL EMS Gateway is an application server engine that can support minimum of 25 concurrent EMS users at a time to manage & control various UTL network elements such as STM, DWDM, etc... via SNMP as an application layer protocol. This EMS gateway can also support the maintenance of most recent UTL DWDM Agent software at EMS client level with the help of File Upload Server and in multiple platforms.

11 UtlStmWebNMS (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) - Research and Development Lead, VAF Corp - IRAN; from Aug 2006 to Feb 2007 UtlStmWebNMS is a web based N-Tier NMS utility (Network Management System) that provides centralized control & management functionalities of UTL STM-1 systems with ANSI/ETSI compliance. This web utility implements a broad range of management functions and can support various major components (FCAPS) of NMS strategies as specified by various ITU-T/ISO standard for NMS.

12 NSPPCB-Pro - R & D Engineer, NSPBLR - Bangalore; from March 2006 to July 2006 NSPPCB-Pro is a web application used to quote & order PCB (Printed Circuit Boards). Unlike other PCB sites that force you to sign up, it provides a quick and easy method for quoting & ordering your printed circuit boards.

13 UTLAMR Billing Utility - R & D Engineer from Aug 2005 to Feb 2006 UtlAmr Server (Automatic Meter Reading) is a web based user interface for BESCOM Pilot demo that acts as a back -office support system for Power Industry.

14 DWDM Application Server -R & D Engineer, VAF Corp - Iran & BSNL - India from April 2005 to July 2006 DWDM Application Server is a distributed configured component engine that acts as a comprehensive back end support for the DWDM Managers. This application server can support a minimum of 25 concurrent EMS users.

15 Data Source Customization for Ranger Application (Ranger) -- SUBEX SYSTEM INC, Bangalore; from Oct 2004 to March 2005; Ranger, a next generation, telecom fraud management system that provides a flexible workflow framework. It has the ability to interface with and accept data, to process usage information from a variety of support systems and network elements such as billing and customer care systems, switch or mediation device, visual analysis tools and SS7 probes. Ranger thus provides operators multiple points for fraud combat, facilitating the leverage of existing investment in BSS/OSS systems to improve overall return on investment.

16 Electronic Courier Service - Software Engineer., Stride Software Pvt Ltd, Bangalore; from Oct 2003 to Oct 2004 The E-Courier service project is a web application, which provides a comprehensive solution to the back-end operation for Courier Industry.

ACADAMIC PROJECT: MIB Browser and Compiler -MIB Browser & Compiler is a user-friendly tool to test, monitor, and manage multiple SNMP devices on a network. It can support all major components (FCAPS) of NMS strategies defined by the ISO for NMS.
