Utilizing Primavera 6 (Release 8.2) for a level 4 schedule with 22,000 activities (Retained Logic) to report progress, variances, and Impact/delay analysis on the Whiting Refinery Modernization Project. Create Metrics measuring piping progress by ISO’s reporting SPI/CPI out of primavera. Create performance (56) charts in excel measuring LF of piping and Hydro-test activities produced out of primavera. Create process and tracking reports which provided the field updates to the primavera schedule on a weekly basis. Create Layouts/Filters in primavera which reported out of sequence activity, by area and equipment. Present on a weekly basis Primavera Histograms to piping Superintendent which tracked manpower for the entire project. Facilitates agreement from multiple departments on milestone dates.
