Addition of Cisco VOIP to support corporate headquarters and 35 remote sales offices. Procurement of systems to support ongoing telecom management, DR and security.
  • Product selection, procurement and implementation management of an enterprise wide video conferencing system for a National REIT.
  • Product selection, procurement and implementation support for a comprehensive recording system including voice, radio and screenshots.
  • Project management of a comprehensive upgrade to 1000 port, multisite Cisco VOIP system, Unity and Meeting Place with integration to Lotus Notes.
  • Project management of a 500 - port new installation of Cisco VOIP, Unity and UCCX.
  • Design, management and implementation support of a 100-site national enterprise system including Cisco VOIP, LAN/WAN, WebEx and Verizon SIP trucking.   • Inventory and Analysis of 4,000 lines of TDM based systems for a major media company in preparation for conversion to VOIP.
  • System design, RFP preparation, system selection and implementation support for a 500-line multisite Avaya S8300 with UCM and integration with MS Exchange. The system is integrated with a 7000-line multisite Nortel TDM PBX system for dial plan and feature functionality.
  • Design, vendor selection, procurement and implementation support for a multisite video conferencing system with custom integrated conference rooms, managed bridge service and desktop services.
  • Service procurement and rollout of SIP services for a multisite national REIT.
