Capital one is implementing Siebel for sales and relationship management and all the customer information will be stored in Siebel Universal Customer Master. Siebel UCM 8.1 was integrated with legacy and product systems for information exchange. Oracle Data Quality was implemented on Siebel UCM platform which is used for eliminating duplicate records and also for address standardization using Address Doctor functionality.
