RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Incoming inspection of raw materials, assembly components, and secondary
  • processes of finished parts
  • Control of Purchase Orders, Blueprints , and Customer Drawings
  • First piece and In-Process Inspection of tight tolerance manufactured parts
  • Final Inspection of all lots using approved sampling plan
  • Experienced in use of electronic height gauges, verniers, micrometers, indicators,
  • CMM\'s, optical comparators, and microscopes.
  • Gage and Calibration Control
  • Maintaining and control of accepted inventory
  • Documentation of all processes per Quality Manual
  • Knowledge of Excel, Oracle, Outlook, and Agile applications
  • Overall management of Quality Control Department
