Multi-Dwelling Transport Adapter (MDTA) is a Software Package which enables to perform bulk decryption on channels that are encrypted and re-modulate to NTSC format. The re-modulated NTSC (National Television System Committee) analog channels are un-encrypted and ready for display on analog television sets.
