Customer Support Services ( CSS ):
This project involved replacement of existing Navitaire reservations system with Sabre reservations system in Jan 2010. I was the lead for testing Airports and Payment applications. Airports involved testing of all Airport applications (Ex. check-in/boarding application, baggage scan, Voucher issuance applications, IROP tools etc). Involved in both, stand alone as well as integration testing. Payments functionality involved testing backend processing for all forms of payments accepted byConfidential, (validation of ACCB files, settlement files & Verifying the Accertify system).
Enhanced Booking Flow ( EBF)
In January 2009,Confidential, introduced Travel Insurance and Rental car options in web booking flow. I was test co-ordinator for making sure the new functionalities are integrated and work seamlessly within the booking flow.
Even More Legroom (EML)
In March 2008Confidential, introduced Even More Legroom seats on its flights. Customer would be charged for EML seats and the charge would depend on how long the flight is. Lead the testing effort for this enhancement.
BOR Voucher Trac:
After FEB 2007 IROP,Confidential, started issuing Vouchers for every delay or cancellation. This Intranet tool is used to issue vouchers for the passengers of the cancelled/delayed flight in case of IROP situations. Compensation amount is determined based on type of IROP. Lead/co-ordinated the testing effort.
Coresite Redesign & Newskies:
Corsite project involved redesign/enhancements to the look and feel of Confidential, Website. Newskies involved the upgrade of reservation system. I was the Automation Engineer for this effort.
