Eli Lilly is one of the leading pharmaceuticals company providing Diabetics, Cardiovascular, Oncology and several other drugs to patients. Lilly PatientOne application based on Siebel eService Portal is used by Clinic Contacts of Health Care Providers (HCP) for submitting Case requests for Patient Assistance Programs for Oncology drug treatments. Clinic contacts can register patient details and track the status of their submitted case requests for assistance. Patient’s insurance, income, Federal Poverty Level (FPL) check, background details are validated by CSR’s. Order for drug shipment is submitted by CSR in Siebel application for approved patients. The status of created and shipped orders is tracked in this portal by Clinic Contacts. Re-fill order of drugs can be submitted through the portal for qualified patients approved by the Assistance Program.
