ProviderOne will be DSHS\' primary provider payment processing system. When fully operational, it will pay about 100,000 providers who serve 1 million people who qualify for DSHS services each year.ProviderOne is being developed with unprecedented cross-administration support within DSHS - hundreds of DSHS employees have participated in discussion on development and design.
The ProviderOne system has Several Sub-Systems like Provider, Claims, Financials, Contract Management, Reference, Prior Authorization, Client, Interfaces, Conversion Testing, Data warehouse etc subsystems. I worked for Interfaces, Conversion Testing and Claims-screens. In Claims the Provider can submit the claims (Institutional, Professional, and Dental) online and then after it goes to the adjudication Process to verify the claim submitted is correct or not according to the standards.
In Interfaces, we will get data in form of MQ messages or flat files from the external systems such as ACES, SEMS, CMS, CSHCN, AFRS etc.

I have loaded the legacy data from the old SDMMIS flat files into the SD MEDX system. Tested whether the data that got loaded is according to the specifications or not. We have tracked our defects through Quality center. Ran data stage jobs in order to test whether the data is getting loaded properly to the ware house or not and checked whether all the data got loaded using the required transformations specified in the mapping documents using SQL.

Description: BACARDI stands for Bank of America CARD Information warehouse. It stores all the CARD customer information in DB2 tables and makes it available for the Business users to make decisions and generate reports. It stores different Line of Business Information such as Consumer Credit, Small Business, Government and Merchant accounts for more than 5 years retention. For each LOB, it receives data from multiple upstream applications in the form of Flat, VSAM, XML files and direct table pulls from DB2 & Oracle databases. The maestro batch process will execute Daily, Weekly, Monthly and quarterly basis, process the data, apply transformation on the data and finally load it into DB2 tables. Using Information Power center jobs, the data get processed in multiple stages such staging tables, apply transformations on the staging table data and finally load it in the PERM DB2 tables.
CARD IVR data is stored in Oracle tables and BACARDI has an interface with it. On daily basis, Informatica jobs will directly pull data from Oracle tables and load it in the DB2 data ware house tables. It will join multiple IVR input tables, apply transformations and load it in DB2 tables.
