  • Ported SL software on over 20 different platforms including Linux, HP, AIX, SUN, and Windows (English, Japanese, and Korean); tested each platform thoroughly and created detailed test results, including specific steps on how to reproduce problem behavior
  • Single-handedly released one of SL Corporation\'s major versions with total success
  • Created software deliverables for customers, including new releases and patches

  • Reported, maintained, and followed through on bugs and bug fixes (utilized Bug Host, Bugzilla, load testing, and bug-tracking processes of my own)

  • Worked closely with Development and Technical Support to identify and isolate problems; performed regression testing when necessary
