Responsibilities:
- Fulfill SAS requests from Default Prevention, Skip tracing, and Receipts Operations.
- Suggest and help implement process changes, through interaction with IT, to ultimately improve cost effectiveness.
- Provide mentoring support for those less experienced in SQL and SAS to rectify coding issues - suggest techniques to solve same.

- Provide Business Group approval for all change requests affecting Confidential and related business requirements and user specifications.
- Perform final review and provide ultimate approval of all change requests prior to their migration into the production environment.
- Develop business requirements detailing programming changes affecting Confidential .
- Provide IT-Core Systems Development group with detailed explanation of programming changes being requested for modules administered by Confidential -- administering intensive program and/or process research to determine the ramifications of the proposed changes.
- Check user specifications to verify that IT-Core Systems Development has accurately conveyed the requested change. Revise and correct them as necessary to meet objective; provide final approval of user specs as appropriate.
- Research and correct accounts via Data Change Request process through IT; i.e., review accounts and specifically indicate to IT the appropriate Confidential attributes that need to be changed, added, and/or deleted - or, identifying a specific data row on the Confidential database that should be added or deleted.
- Research system-related questions and issues and determine appropriate response or appropriate corrective action to units within Confidential, Education Services, or Remote Client Services.
