Technical Writer Resume Profile
Business Analyst
I have spent a great deal of time interviewing SMEs subject matter experts and translating their thoughts into easily comprehensible language. I became interested in improving the user experience of the software and made hundreds of suggestions to developers and project managers. Emphasizing consistency and intuitiveness, as well as typical patterns of use gleaned from interviews of user-facing staff, many of my suggestions were implemented. The best software is intuitive and easy to use, and I have the experience and the desire to see that users' needs are met with quality software. I believe that my English skills, both oral and written, as well as my experience with accounting and reporting software, would support me in a broadening of my career into the field of business analysis.
