  • More than 20 years of managerial experience in Restaurant, Retail, and Personnel Management including self employment. I owned and operated Special Events Catering in Saginaw, Michigan from 1986 to 1996. In North Carolina, from 2001 to 2009, I have owned and operated CDQ- Customer Driven Quality Restaurant Services where I am a Restaurant Consultant for new and existing restaurants in the Raleigh/Durham area.
