This automated form has substantially increased informational accuracy of all Change Requests and increased productivity of the Network Operations Communication Team by approximately 500 . As a result, the time required to process a single change request has been reduced from 2-3 hours to only 20-30 minutes a substantial savings of time and resources, saving over 3 Million in Ohio alone.
