·         At least  a total of  4+ years of Experience in Software QA associated with SettopBox testing

·         Experience in Cable/Settop box domain, and understanding of Cable MSO operations is a must

·         Experience in set-top box testing is a must

·         Knowledge of DACS/DNCS controller and their functioning will be handy

·         Hands-on experience with STB testing (and all its related components like VOD, DVR, EPG, Channel lineup etc…)

·         Ability to co-ordinate with multiple vendors and ensure on-time delivery of  high quality project deliverables

·         Experience in integration testing

·         Experience on scripting and automation (good to have but optional)

·         Strong written and oral communication skills

·         Good planning skills

·         Experience in agile/scrum & waterfall methodology of SDLC

·         Experience in test strategy and test plan preparation

·         Prior experience in Dynamic Advertising on video
