-          5 years of Salesforce development experience. Admin experience not to be counted.

-          Hands on  experience with customizing health cloud for healthcare industry.

-          Excellent understanding of health cloud data model , Out of the box features , limitations.

-          Ability to work with BA, SMEs to understand requirements and translate into working Salesforce code.
