QA Analyst JD:- Triage reported defects by Charter QA.
- Review open defects.
- Work with Vendors to prioritize for resolution.
- Assist in creating a vendor test planning process with internal QA teams.
- Help coordinate the performance testing Charter and vendors.
- Act as a technical resource for Charter QA to assist in troubleshooting.
