• Experience in Cable/Communications industry 
• Experience in performance testing tools like Jmeter, LoadRunner etc
• Experience in Set Top Boxes
• Experience in APM tool like Appdynamics, Dynatrace etc
• Experience in all aspects of the PTLC 
• Knowledge of infrastructure components - (servers, storage, ETL, network, etc)
• Strong understanding of non-functional factors such as performance, failover, reliability, availability and the ability to troubleshoot, analysis of various performance metrics.
• Knowledge on Windows or Unix based application landscape
• Basic knowledge of load balancers
• Knowledge of standard QA methodology and Communication skills
• Knowledge defect management tool JIRA, RQM, Clear Quest would  be helpful

Education Requirements for the Position

The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
