Required Skills: 

.net Software developer, design UI components, C#, SQL, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, CSS, and JSON on a .NET based platform, JavaScript. 

Duration of project: 6 months-'contract to hire'

Interview process: Phone interview and face to face is required.

Visa Status:  US Citizen.

Federal government security clearance:  Must have a current 'Interim Secret' clearance to start. 

Years of experience required:  7 years

Education required:  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Certification Requirements: Successful candidate must either possess current Security+ CE certification or attain the certification within 6 months of beginning work.

Job Responsibilities:

.NET Software Developer

The successful candidate will work on a contract as a member of a large highly productive team using multiple technologies and contribute to building and supporting systems used to support the Department's financial management processes. The successful candidate will participate in the planning, design, and maintenance of a suite of .NET based web applications. A qualified candidate should be able to design and develop to meet target requirements while also inquiring about the overall application and its family of systems. Development efforts are expected to result in well organized and structured deliverables aimed at being easy to understand by others on the development team. Candidates must be able to articulate ideas and also possess ability to communicate verbally and in writing task status, unit test results, technical concepts, issues and questions with the team.

Additionally, a successful candidate will be expected to:
  • Design UI components, build services, and implement business logic
  • using C#, SQL, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, CSS, and JSON on a .NET based
  • platform.
  • Have a good understanding of client-side JavaScript.

  • Seven (7) years development experience using Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Seven (7) years developing .NET Web Applications.

  • Demonstrated experience programming in Transact-SQL or PL\SQL.
  • Certification Requirements: Successful candidate must either possess current
