Short Description: DOC is looking for a part time (20 hours/week) Product Specialist 5 (PS5) to maintain and enhance the Inmate Assignment Decision Support System (IADSS). IADSS is an optimization model developed to streamline the assignment of inmates to institutions.

Candidate needs to possess the following skills/traits:
- Masters in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research.
- Strong background in mathematical optimization.
- Possesses good written and verbal communication skills.
- Has the ability to convey complex concepts in a comprehensible manner to client.
- Quick learner who is highly motivated and can work independently.
- Demonstrates software development/programming skills in Python and C#.
- Demonstrates software development/programming skills in Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS).
- Demonstrates software development/programming skills in web client side: HTML, Javascript, and single page application framework such as Angular.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Gurobi or a similar high performance optimization software package.
