Detailed Job Description:
- At least 5 years of experience in CRM domain and 2 years of experience in Salesforce implementations with sound knowledge on Salesforce Sales cloud, Service and community Cloud.
- Looking for a Functional consultant with strong client facing and business documentation experience.
- Good understanding of Salesforce solution stack including good understanding of Marketing Cloud.
- Should be able to conduct requirement gathering sessions, articulating Salesforce features to business users and driveparticipate in prototyping solutions.
- Experience in performing the requirement fit gap analysis
