Client is seeking a Security Analyst with 4+ years of experience in SSO (Single Sign On) implementation or support

Must have hands on experience with scripting/programming languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, or PowerShell to work directly with teams across enterprise and client locations including initiating escalations and collaborating with internal technology teams to ensure timely resolution of security issues.

Responsible for installing Caradigm's Vergence Single Sign-On platform for a high availability of clinical and business enterprise applications.
Performs all required monitoring, installation, configuration, integration, and user support for the platform.
Ensure that all Service Management processes are followed and all incidents and requests are addressed within the required time to adhere to published SLAs
Coordinate escalations and collaborate with internal technology teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Perform system maintenance and maintain current documentation
Propose process and technical improvements to management

Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members

Mandatory Skills:
  • SSO (Single Sign On) implementation or support
  • Hands on experience with scripting/programming languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, or PowerShell
  • Experience on XP/Windows 7 or above Desktop Support .
  • Experience with Active Directory Management
  • Knowledge or experience on IT systems including web servers, databases, applications, networking, authentication, authorization, storage, Windows, Linux
  • Experience on VMWare/Vsphere Client
  • Experience in implementing SSO systems or applications for medium to large scale organizations
  • Experience with Citrix XenApp or XenDesktop
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, written, and communication skills
Preferences: 
  • skills/knowledge that are preferred but not necessarily required for the position.
ITIL Certification:
  • Knowledge of Sentillion/Caradigm Vergence Single Sign-On or other Single Sign-On products
  • Microsoft MCDST Certification.
