- Customerstakeholder management Skills with excellent Communication
- Excellent background on MS CRM 2011 to Dynamics 365 Technology and Architectural frameworks on dynamic CRM 365.
- Knowledge on architecture principles methods and tools.
- Knowledge on problem analysis tools and solution evaluation methods.
- Should have been involved in 5 to 8 full length MS Dynamics 365 implementations including multiple rollouts and or 3 to 4 Dynamics CRM complex support projects.
- Understands and is able to articulate best practices related to application enhancements customization.
