Must Have Skills
- At least 10-15 years of experience in CRM domain and 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations with sound knowledge on Salesforce Sales cloud, Service and community Cloud.
- Should be able to conduct requirement gathering sessions, articulating Salesforce features to business users and driveparticipate in prototyping solutions
- Good knowledge of Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies.
- Should be able to create Business requirement documents, Functional requirement documents along with traceability matrix.
- Good understanding of Salesforce solution stack including good understanding of Marketing Cloud, Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System are preferred.

Certifications Needed: Yes Salesforce Admin, and SalesService cloud certified
