Description:
Client currently seeks a BMC Developer to join our team for a Remedy 9.1 implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Install and configuration of BMC Remedy applications ( Remedy 9.1) and customize BMC Remedy applications
  • Under general direction, design, implement, and maintain the Remedy Action Request System and corresponding ITSM modules
  • The candidate will need to have functional / Technical knowledge covering ITSM best practices, methodology and workflows
  • The candidate will also need to have technical experience with Remedy workflow programming, ability to troubleshoot using Remedy log files
  • The candidate will need to have the ability to propose, recommend, configure, develop, test, and implement solutions given these Remedy tools
  • Implement integrations with BMC Remedy applications
  • Draft technical installation, configuration and customization specification documents
  • Design custom or product-based solutions based on BMC Remedy applications
  • Estimate level of effort to design or deploy products or solutions
  • Knowledge of ITIL compliance processes and ITSM suite capabilities
Skills Required:
  • Must have minimum 3+ years of Remedy 9.1 development OR support experience
  • Must have good knowledge of Local area network, TCP/IP protocol, internet connectivity and Databases.
  • Formal Remedy 9.1, SRM 8 and AR System 8 trainings an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Very good communication skills
Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with focus of applied sciences or engineering from leading institutes
  • Minimum of 3+ years of BMC Remedy Development
  • Should have development and support experience on AR System, ITSM, Atrium CMDB, SRM, SLM and RKM (all Remedy 9.1 version) and dependency impacts of any changes or updates.
