Analysis, and troubleshooting using Informatica and Teradata
Analyze BRD/Change requests, prepare questionnaire, clarify with business team
Support set up of Informatica project in all environments and validate
Create deployment plan and back out plan for deployments
Building framework using Informatica to dynamically generate queries by reading metadata
Work with offshore and onshore development team during analysis/design/development/testing phases for understanind delivery items and getting production ready.
Review the deliverables including design documents, code, code promotion plans
Conduct meeting with offshore/onsite tech team, partner systems and customer on any issues
Capture, Track, resolve and close any project issues
Walk-through of the deliverables to customer and team
Create Change Request/Work Orders for deployments
Run daily status calls and prepare weekly reports
Code sync up in all environments
Prepare data mapping and data lineage document
Provide 24/7 production support
Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
