Client's project is focused on providing development and support assistance to IBM BPM releases
Responsibilities:
- Deployments
- BPM snapshot Deployments
- IID module Deployments
- ODM Deployments
- Supporting Maintenance activities (Upgrades, OS/DB patching)
- Monitoring all Servers for environment health check and notify/act in case of any issues.
- Restart of server nodes(BPM/IID)/server in case of hung threads
- Analyzing Heap Dumps in case of Hung threads.
- Adhoc requests from application support team.
Certifications Needed: Yes BE.
