- Strong Technical knowledge
- Add, Change or Delete jobs, dependencies, triggers, look backs etc.
- Meetings with customers to go over upcoming job schedule changes.
- Monitor Incident tool and perform incident resolution to fix where possible or follow the escalation process to get the incident into the proper targeted audience to work with the owner for resolution.
- Restarting jobs within CA7 via our Knowledge articles or via direct customer communication.
- Work to identify recurring Incidents to streamline , prevent recurrence

- CA7 and Autosys Admin
- Acquire and promote knowledge transfer by communicating operational knowledge about applications operation and configuration with internal teams
- Participate in all new implementation and designs with Architect and IT teams.
