Client is looking for strong BI Analyst with 2+ years experience in the financial and banking field. The resource will join the team for building and maintaining business intelligence reporting in support of a Product Analytics team that will help drive critical business decisions. The BI Analyst will create automated dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and Excel and work with stakeholders to track key metrics.
MUST HAVE:
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence reporting in financial services or a related field
- Dashboard creation and/or data visualization experience
- Finance & Banking experience such as terminology of deposit making products (tying P/L back to the data) required
- Microsoft Power BI desktop background with some SQL required
- Ability to build, organize and maintain complex tables, charts, and graphs
- Ability to communicate with business stakeholders to track and report key metrics
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Self-starter comfortable with limited direction and open-ended requests.
