PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Our client is looking for an Oracle Developer to support Oracle databases and Oracle Stored Procedure creation in support of a new project effort.
Tasks & Duties
- Develop structured diagrams for the workflow and specification of databases, communication systems, computer or storage area.
- Design database objects for Client server and web applications using Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience working on PL/SQL and SQL scripting.
- Should be able to create stored procedure, triggers, tables, functions etc using Oracle SQL Developer/Toad. Also should be able optimizing the SQL queries.
- Develop operational and installation procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software.
- Develop guidelines and upgrade techniques of new operational procedures for the support of databases, hardware systems, operating systems software, network systems software, security and client server systems.
- Develop operational and installation procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software.
- Develop detailed systems operations designs.
- Work with MIS staff (e.g. managers, senior programmers, support staff, product manager) to plan program code implementation, enhancements and changes.
- Create, test and maintain program code.
- Design reports, audit trails/logs, security mechanisms.

- Minimum 8 Years Experience with writing application software data analysis, data access using Oracle 10g database or above.
- Minimum 8 Years Expertise in debugging the stored procedure, fine tuning the SQL queries.
- Minimum 8 Years Experience in writing stored procedures, Functions and triggers in Oracle 10g or above for complex processing solutions.
- Minimum 8 Years Exposure to environments include but are not limited to mainframe, mid range, personnel computers and laptops.
- Experience with technical and user documentation, software conversions from client server application in PowerBuilder to Microsoft .Net technology based web application.
