·        Our client is looking for a QA resource in their FX Trading group with the following skill set

·        Bachelors Degree with at least 8 years experience in Software QA, or equivalent industry experience

·        Experience with Java based applications.

·        Experience working with a Trading Platform (preferably FX) is a plus.

·        Experience with Test Automation tools (preferably QTP) is a plus.

·        Familiarity with SDLC process.

·        Familiarity with Solaris or Linux and Windows operating systems.

·        Well organized work habits with attention to detail.

·        Good oral and written communication skills.

·        Excellent SQL writing and data analysis skills

·        Basis Unix skills and comfort working with Vi editor

·        Strong ability to switch between multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

·        Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
