Take up a lead role at onsite to gather requirement, create high level and details level design document, articulate requirement to offshore, support offshore with functional and technical knowledge to develop software product, perform unit and integration testing, create test plan documents, helps in user acceptance testing and deployment, provide support for post implementation issues, provide on call support as required.
