1.Person with Unix/Linux background. Should have in-depth understanding of Infra aspects like CPU, Memory, Servers, VMs etc
2.Need to be able to handle monitoring and alerting mechanisms – FD way (Splunk, App Dynamics etc)
3.Need to do handle file transmissions – SCP, SFTP, NDM etc.
4.Understanding and working knowledge of application deployment and triaging.
5.Disaster –recovery server setup will  be one of the task to be taken care by these individuals.
