Job Description:
- Participate 24 x 7 in software, and hardware support.
- Support an application based on IBM FileNet Datacap 9.x running on 100+ servers and desktop clients
- Consult on technical solutions that include hardware design and server networking design
- Takes initiative to modernize non-standard models, processes, and implementations
- Perform release build / configuration management of the application
- Enforce application coding standards and enforce the use of configuration management best practices
- Participates in full life cycle application development including requirement collection, design, coding, testing, implementation.
- Follow and contribute to organization best practices
- Support emergency, interim, and full system releases
- Maintain application to meet IRS and local internal security standards
- Resolve IRS audit concerns and remediate known vulnerabilities
- Other duties as assigned
