Financial Information Services Agency (FISA) has a vacancy for a Data Management QC Administrator who will provide support of production and development environments for our city wide automated time keeping system (CITYTIME).
Primary Responsibilities include testing of enhancements and defect corrections for the City's time keeping system CityTime. Work will require strong client-side manual and automation testing skills and will be responsible for building out test scenarios and automation scripts.  
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Expertise in developing automated QTP scripts using Keyword Driven Framework and Descriptive programming.
  • Create functions, keywords, and actions in vb scripting for new features and enhancements.
  • Experience in test data management – Identifying the data requirements, prepare and maintain data.
  • Develop and maintain in-house tools to automate the test data setup.
  • Skilled in SQL and database testing.
  • Expertise in Quality Center administration, customization of projects.
  • Experience in HP Quality Center and INM Rational Clearquest integration.
  • Experience in creating scripts using Quality Center API for bulk data manipulation.
  • Ability to work in a highly agile environment and work on multiple projects/tasks at the same time.
  • Co-ordinate with cross functional teams (java/wmb/mainframe/DBAs etc.) to get the tasks done.
  • Involved in Test Tools upgrades and infrastructure upgrade testing.
  • Create test plans for any new product releases and infrastructure upgrades. 
  • Sound knowledge of Test Management in Quality Center, right from Creation of Requirement's, Creation of Test Cases in Test Plan, Setting up Test Lab with Regression suite for build/release regression, Defect Management, and development of QC reports. 
 
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field.
