Incident and problem managementHandle service request and one time report generationWorks closely with Client  Offshore and follow all standards and guidelines of support and maintenance tickets.Facilitates the transition of the new applications into support phase.  This will include the creation of necessary documentation to be posted into clients document repository and any technical documentation that the team will need to provide support in the future.Participate in continuous improvement in
