QA Consultant  8+ Years to a perform as a project QA tester and to develop and deliver training to the EIMS community.

Complete Description:

The position is responsible for testing and training activities related to the Early Childhood Information Management System. The position must be able to write test and training plans, and create training documents and tutorial scripts.  The position will work with Quality assurance to prepare test plans and the business unit and IT documentation staff to prepare and present training materials such as reference guides, job aids, Power Point presentations, Captivate tutorials, and software demos. The position must be able to conduct testing and deliver in-person training to a variety of audiences, both experienced computer users and novices. The position will also work with the IT department to update and maintain training websites and user manuals as available.

Skills:

Experience delivering classroom training for COTS, Web, and custom

applications. 

Required 8 Years 3 - Expert

Experience developing classroom training materials for COTS, Web, and custom

applications. Required 8 Years 3 - Expert

Experience setting up computers for training and working with digital video/audio

training media. Required 2 Years 2 - Proficient

Experience using personal computers, PC application software, and web

concepts for training development and delivery. Required 5 Years 3 - Expert

Experience with MS-Word, PowerPoint, and other MS-Office products. Required 5 Years 3 - Expert

Knowledge of training tools for creating online training videos and tutorials,

specifically Adobe Captivate. Required 2 Years 2 - Proficient
