Detailed Job Description:
Client is looking for a Systems Analyst with 3+ years HR Systems experience to help provide production and operational support on our Core HR, Payroll, and Time / Labor team.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies, roles and deliverables.
- Ability to work through lengthy and detailed operational tasks and processes.
- Ability to collaborate with project teams within technology and across the business.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Identifies problems, understands root cause and effect and solves independently within
- assigned space.
- Understanding of basic requirements gathering and documentation methods and approaches.
- Experience with Oracle EBS HR Modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Benefits, Compensation).
- SQL experience – (Writing and Executing SQL queries a plus).
- Participate in rotating on-call and weekend shifts to support production activities.
