Project is managed services engagement for supporting host of mainframe applications in the areas of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management.It is needed to communicate effectively with business and IT leadership and do the status reportingProject requires hands on experience in Global Delivery Model coordinating, planning, tracking, reporting the offshore work and experience on production support projects and beeper support
