Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains Learning Management System (LMS) to include administration of all licensed modules and content.
- Creates and modifies course configurations in the course catalog/new courses additions, assignment of roles, securities, and permissions, manages users and user/student groups and course assignments, and monitors internal system notifications.
- Reviews, uploads, and tests training courses and videos.
- Create, manage and document system and process workflows
- Manages the resolution of all issues of end users and stakeholders regarding the LMS to include monitoring training requests; troubleshooting issues, escalating issues as needed; tracking issues and reporting on trends; includes creation of job aids and FAQs to support end users.
- Instructs and supports employees and administrators on use of system to include best practices in training deployment and understanding/utilizing upload request processes.
- Maintain employee training records
- Collaborate with L&R Leads, and Functional Content Managers, to ensure that all materials are up-to-date
- Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
- Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
- Coordinate off-site training activities for employees
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
- Keep current on training design and methodology Qualifications and Education Requirements
- knowledge of adult instructional and learning theory and principles
- knowledge of instructional design
- knowledge of training methodologies
- Knowledge of learning management systems and Web Delivery Tools (CDN, Media Exchange...)
- knowledge of competency assessment
- Knowledge of Learning Roadmap and Career Path Development
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
