My customer located in Malvern, PA has a 6+ month contract opportunity for a LAMP Developer. The developer will have the opportunity to work on projects in a variety of industries and varying in complexity from content sites to web applications.
Candidates must have
- Ability to communicate effectively with other members of the team
- Passionate for creating quality products that will solve problems and help others
- Excellent written and face-to-face communication skills
- Desire to learn and share new practices
- 3+ years experience in PHP development with proven proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Adaptability to changing business conditions, new ways of thinking, or new technology paradigms across a variety of functional groups and situations
- Optimizing PHP code and SQL queries.
- Oracle PL/SQL XML
- LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) dev stack
- Integrating a variety of APIs – Google, Square, Facebook, Braintree, etc.
- Creating and implementing server side APIs
- Experience developing custom functionality for PHP based content management systems like Wordpress.
- Experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel
- Experience in client meetings.
