Position Description:
Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing software systems. Experienced programmers are also responsible for interpreting architecture and design, code reviews, mentoring, guiding and monitoring programmers, ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies, software development, testing and release. Should have progressing skills in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management, and baseline skills on Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design. - Provide application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project.
- Develop program logic for new applications, or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.
- Code, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain software applications.
- Analyze requirements, and maintains test, and integrate application components.
- Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented.
Basic Qualifications: - Minimum of 12 months of experience only as an MS SQL Developer, including SSRS and T-SQL, but no more than 2 years, due to the junior nature of this position.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a Healthcare SLR environment.
- Master’s Degree.
