Detailed Job Description:
Experience in providing Level 2 Application Support to users. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong client interfacing skills. Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software configurations issues. Ability to work in Early Morning 630AM shift. Ability to work in elevated Support hours during Storms. Experience in Windows OS 710, Software Installation, Configuration and Testing. Optional Experience in PowerShell Scripts, OS Patch Installation. Optional Experience in Utility

Top 3 responsibilities you to shoulder and execute:
- Willing to work in morning shift as early as 6 AM
- Participate in Storm support activities
- Application support and maintenance
