MAJOR DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with Program Managers and SMEs to create detailed project plan, deliverables, goals and milestones
- Assist Program Manager in developing test and communication plans
- Define resources and schedule for project/program implementation
- Identify and mitigate project risks; understand and manage project dependencies, and manage project communications and reporting
- Efficiently identify and track project issues
- Track progress to ensure goals and milestones are delivered according to plan, update schedule and communicate to all stake holders
- Responsible for scheduling, conducting and communicating project status meetings
- Designs and maintain technical and project documentation
- Minimum 5-10 years of project management or IT Management
- Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes
- Previous enterprise technology project delivery required
- Executive reporting and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
