Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only):
- DB2 knowledge
- Batch jobs need good knowledge of JCL, should be able to write and submit batch jobs
- Cobol should be able to analyze code for business rules implemented
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only):
- Good to have (not mandatory) OracleHadoopHbase exposure May need to query and analyze data in oracle warehouse and Hbase with Unix scripting
- Should be able to work with interfacing teams on their data needs, need to work on data sourcing and provisioning strategy and help on data governance across data sources
Detailed Job Description:
- DB2 knowledge need to go across DB2 databases to query and analyze data, run stored procs when needed
- Batch jobs need good knowledge of JCL, should be able to write and submit batch jobs
- Cobol should be able to analyze code for business rules implemented
- Data analysis Need good knowledge of data models, ability to create logicalphysical models if needed, ability to analyze data across tablesenvironments, document golden sources and business rules
